Custom Stainless Steel fuel tank for Sand Buggy. Six different angles had to be incorporated in the building of this tank due to the lack of space and fuel capacity required.

Customer requested an extra long drop gate. Special latches were used for support.

Brackets had to be hand formed to mount the passenger seat support bracket.

Custom built hood scoop for a Dodge Ramcharger. Finished product will be installed with fasteners to make it removable.

Fender bracket completed. Next will be custom brackets for the fuel tank.

Custom aluminum dash was shaped like the original so the windshield mountings could be in the stock locations.

New caliper brackets had to be built to accommodate the larger calipers.

Here we chose to weld a pad for the roll bar support because the structural part of the floorboard would support the cage. The structure would have been compromised slightly if a hole was drilled in the floorboards.

Customer requested his trailer to be raised 4". Quite a task to undertake. The supports had to be modified to allow this raising of the trailer frame. We chose 4" X 2" rectangular tubing for added strength. Feb 21, 2008

Here we used Torpedo hinges to help with the extra weight of the gate. Torpedo hinges have brass inserts to help reduce the common wear points caused by rust.Feb 21, 2008
